Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tender documents to identify requirements and risks.
Prepare and submit tender proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and commercial departments, to gather all relevant information for the tender.
Manage the tender process, including coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender activities and documentation.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Participate in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of tendering processes and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
