Job Description

Role Purpose: To sell and promote PepsiCo products through Telephone to achieve the daily/ monthly target by category and maintain healthy relationship with customers?Accountabilities:

  1. Achieve the agreed daily/ monthly sales targets for each category
  2. Ensure achieve daily call completion rate
  3. Serving accounts as per the assigned daily route by selling/ promoting products and meeting customer needs.
  4. Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationship with current and new accounts.
  5. Focuses sales efforts by analysis existing accounts performance and identify high top volume accounts.
  6. Interduce company products and services provided to new accounts
  7. Ensure accurate orders submission in the system
  8. Report accounts activities, needs, problems, interests, complaints and business opportunities to management
  9. Handle customer complaints by pre-investigating problems, recommend solutions, and maximize accounts satisfaction
