To handle all customer interactions on product presentation and cars deliveries.
Handle test drive cars and accompany customers during the test drive operation.
To act in a manner befitting an employee.
To deliver all Products as required by the business unit.
Follow through PDI and the registration process.
Ensure all cars are clean before.
Ensure all cars are mechanically/ physically correct.
Be flexible around customer appointment times.
Ensure all final funds are received before vehicle release.
Complete all Autoline requirements.
Ensure follow-up call is completed before and prior to deliveries.
Ensure a Manager meets every customer before the delivery conclusion.
Ensure all paperwork is correct before delivery.

To ensure that all cars are delivered with a high NPS Score.
Complete any other tasks as required by your Line Manager.
