Communicate with the customer and make sure delivery takes place at the customer.
Report the performance of the services provided at the customer after installation.
Follow up collections and make sure that the payment has been received before due date.
Tracking Projects and following up of incoming orders in cooperation with other departments.
Represents the company in a professional manner at all times and provides outstanding customer service while performing all assigned tasks.
