Acting as a Technical escalation point for all supported technologies
Excellent experience in Virtualization technologies, Hyper converged infrastructure, Network & network security and cloud is mandatory
Governing key IT infra projects with zero deviations
Transforming infrastructure operations to highly reliable project-oriented service delivery architecture
Driving team for excellence and implementing global best practices for infrastructure operations
Reporting to management on key developments, implementation, and progress.
Managing support teams/leads and evaluating performance metrics.
Managing staff members with increase resilience

Experience:

Extensive experience in technical management, preferably in IT infrastructure
Goods hands on experience Virtualization technologies, Hyper converged infrastructure, Network & network security and cloud is mandatory
Advanced knowledge in innovation and integration.
Ability to manage IT support teams, as well as hire and train new IT staff.
