Job Description

MISSIONDirect and coordinate the implementation/tracking of policies and technical criteria in relation to thetendering of concessions, projects and works associated with the Services, technical management ofthe same, in terms of water quality, means and facilities, developing new models that optimise andimprove technical/economic efficiency.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and control the provision, control and tracking of the means, consumption, facilities
  • and meters necessary for the provision of services in the contracts under responsibility, approving
  • the cost budgets associated with them.
  • Ensure the implementation of Aqualia?s management system standards (quality, environment and
  • energy) in its zone.
  • Approve the short, medium and long-term master plan for infrastructure works (plants, channelling,
  • renewal of distribution networks) in its Zone, in accordance with the needs and obligations set out
  • in the Service concession contracts, and guarantee their subsequent execution in terms of time,
  • quality and cost.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of the technical documentation of the bids, the compilation
  • of the legal information necessary for their presentation, and also guarantee the fulfilment of all
  • administrative requirements in order to be able to present the bid with guarantees of validity, within
  • its zone of influence.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation and tracking of protocols and procedures for the analysis,
  • management and assurance of water quality in the Services under his/her responsibility, through
  • the coordination of the activity of the laboratories in his/her Zone, ensuring compliance with the
  • legal regulations in force.
  • Take any additional steps necessary to perform the duties of this job position.
