Kipin??s Teaching Assistant?s (TA) will:

Support the development of children under direct supervision and guidance from the Teacher.
Motivate and stimulate the children learning abilities, often using play activities, interacting with and supporting the children, providing them with a secure environment to learn, support with producing visual aids and teaching resources.
Assist with the development of personal/social and language abilities.
Support the development of the children basic skills including physical coordination, speech and communication.
Encourage the children learning and creativity through stories, songs, games, drawings and imaginative play, develop their curiosity and knowledge.
Observe and support the teacher with assessments and reports.
Ensure the health and safety of the children both inside and outside the nursery.
Must be highly trustworthy, dependable, and attentive to children needs.
Assist with marking and correcting work, helping with daily events and activities as it relates to implementation of the curriculum.?
Supervise children play times when the nursery opens and closes, engage children in learning and play activities, support the administration functions for the Teacher such as helping to maintain and update records, keeping the classroom tidy and functional, working with other team members as and when required.?
