1. Manages the day-to-day operations of the Fakeeh host Servers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair. Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained.2. Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.3. Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.4. Establishes, maintains and manages users accounts. Installs, modifies and maintains systems and utility software on server computer systems. Provides server support related to other software.5. Answer questions and troubleshoot product issues with focus on problem resolution and related documentation6. Monitor and manage the progression of users? cases and assigned tasks through to closure7. Participate in the team effort to continuously improve work routines, processes and product knowledge in the Customer Care Services department8. Facilitate a strong working relationship with the DSFH Solutions Delivery team.
