Manage logistics & supply chain process (importing, material management, buying process?etc) to ensure that all supply requirements are fulfilled.
To Review and Prepare purchase order placement by the ordering committee for accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing.
Follow up with clearance & inventory control
Conduct sourcing, evaluating, selecting & categorizing all new products, local & foreign suppliers
Ensures all requirements are negotiated, documented, and committed within established policies and delegation of authority to achieve a satisfactory or better audit rating.
Handle & approve P.O?s & contracts to meet department needs
Organize and manage the solicitation, negotiation, and construction of procurement agreements as well as market evaluation for goods and services that will assist the organization in achieving its revenue and profit commitments
Ensure compliance with Company?s procurement policy, driving the planning, budgeting, and goal-setting processes that establish and communicate, organizational procurement goals
Ensure proper arrangement, Cleaning, and setting of the warehouse.
Ensure the proper implementation of all the cleaning and hygiene policies.
Ensure the implementation of the FIFO system.
Management and record keeping of all the receiving and issuance.
Supplying the full product range at the shops and all-time availability
Report for the weekly and monthly consumptions reports
Oversee importing and exporting correspondents, and follow up on the efficiency of International purchases and the updated consumption levels and make sure it is according to the correct reorder points.
