Job Description

  • Confirm orders in the four platforms (Daily)*
  • Send PO to suppliers & Document it
  • Fill Shipment Tracking sheet
  • Follow up with Suppliers make sure they deliver within 2 business days or less
  • Manage inventory
  • Update the stock in all platforms (Daily)
  • Make sure the customer receive his/her order on time
  • Maintain stock level, conduct regular quality check
  • Manage the operation of last mile delivery & coordination with service providers (FC, shipping companies?etc)
  • Prepare shipping documents & AWB for each order
  • Prepare orders for shipping (box, label..etc.)
