Our client: A well-established group of companies with a diversified range of business in the region is looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager.The role: This role would require a proactive and energetic supply chain professional who would develop an appropriate supply chain strategy for the existing and new products to maximize sales and gross margin opportunities. Provide optimal and accurate alignment of supply and demand through an analytical approach to planning and forecasting. You will play a key part in the operations leadership team and own & drive the S&OP planning process. Work closely with the IT department to create effective databases to manage and organize warehouse inventory. Works with the shipping and transportation companies to set the best route and rate. Also, the candidate must have a good understanding of financial and budgeting processes.
