?On behalf of one of the leading electrical solutions providers in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a Supply Chain Manager?to manage the complete Supply Chain activities across the board.Reporting to the CEO / Managing Director, you will be responsible to organize the storage and distribution of goods and ensuring the right products are being delivered to the right location on time at a good cost. Excellent understanding of the supply chain in order to coordinate effectively and liaise with suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.? Approves and oversees improvement initiatives in the region in line with competition movements.? Develops Operating Manual.? Liaises and coordinates with internal/external parties to provide support and ensure smooth? Execution.? Monitors effectiveness of all major supply chains; plans, implements on-going performance improvements. Deals with major issues.? Defines the scope of works for in/outsourcing and procurement of warehousing and transportation services.? Participates in vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and procurement decisions for supply chain contracts. Analyses distribution and logistics performance to optimize safety, efficiency, and costs and maintain customer service levels.? Monitors and drives performance goals in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintenance of storage facilities.? Oversees team staffing, development, and performance management; develops talent and builds a high-performance culture.? Manages distribution and logistics operations ensuring compliance with all relevant Safety and Environmental standards.? Planning and implementing the overall supply chain strategy.? Searching, validating, and auditing suppliers and vendors.? Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.? Determining key supply chain KPIs.? Suggesting solutions for process improvements.? Identifying process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.? Working with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine the best vendors and distributors.? Onboarding and managing relationships with contract organizations, including establishing agreements, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor discrepancies.? Verifying invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc., and processes returns to vendors as required.? Providing oversight and managing key logistical supplier relationships.? Comprehensive knowledge of strategic buying, Negotiating contracts, and worldwide purchasing? Knowledge in Saudi Customs regulations.
