Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities˙

  • Support the strategy management in developing the strategy and assessing the objectives achievement and impact realization.
  • Analyzing and developing recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies in processes/initiatives.˙
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps that will impact the organization; and develop, execute change management activities to minimize risks of the transition.
  • Lead the complete digital transformation strategy planning and execution, by implementing the necessary projects to achieve the strategic objectives and realize the benefits of improved customer satisfaction, business growth, market leadership and the agile cost-effective operating model of the organization.
  • Support in developing governance design and assessing the Implementation.
  • Utilizes data to identify and solve key strategic problems and provide insights to support decision making.
  • Work closely with other entities and departments to find solutions to strategic problems and ensure alignment with strategic direction and top priorities.
  • Analyze, Research, benchmarking and analysis for strategic issues and business opportunities.
  • Manage and track planning processes and ensure they are timely, focused, and value adding.
  • Defining business requirements and leading transformation initiatives and development across multiple commercial areas.
  • Take overall responsibility for program deliverables, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure that the changes are understood, owned, and embedded within the business itself.
