Departmental Co-Ordination

Assist with quarterly and annual budget preparation for inventory stocked items;
Collect all material requirements from all departments and work with Procurement to set-up fixed price and consignment inventory Contracts;
Regular checks on Camp Store, consumption requirements and storage quality;
Follow-up with Procurement on PR and PO progress, delivery time, customs clearance documentation;
Ensure that Stores staff is in good attendance, well presented and all work is carried out in compliance with the
Safety Environment Policy and SOPs.

Technology and Process Improvement

Promote innovation technologies such as barcoding, vending machines, automatic recording of fuel and lubricants distribution;
Ensure that only environmentally and energy-friendly inventory items are used, for example, LED, non-asbestos, bio-degradable, non-toxic, etc.;
Provide training to Storekeepers to ensure proper inventory control.

Inventory Transactions

Focus on A-B-C inventory management and update as necessary based on user consumption;
Regular check MIN-MAX quantities in EAMS and raise PRs as necessary;
Make regular inventory counting and report any discrepancy, suggest obsolete items for disposal;
Maintain Diesel and Petrol quantities as required, follow-up on delivery and distribution in EAMS;
Add additional inventory items and tools in EAMS.

Documentation and Reporting

Keep accurate records on consumption and annual needs for most used items (Fuel, lubricants, filters, tires, batteries, wire-ropes, twist locks, PPE, HSE, IT, consumables, etc.);
Generate reports on a regular basis to assist in the analysis and stock control of inventory.
