Job Description

Job ObjectiveResponsible for the efficient and effective receipt, storage and distribution of ?pharmaceuticals and maintaining of associated documentation. Control and monitor the ?movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when? required.??Responsibilities:

  • Receipt of all finished products (Released) from quarantine store and assign it to the ?proper bin location. ?
  • Follow up with Export, PVT& MOH section Sales order directly with supervisors and? coordinate between the three sections and observe FIFO (First In First Out) rule.
  • Issuance of samples to QC and QA for inspection. ?
  • Coordinate with all concerned departments and other stores to control the material ?movement. ?
  • Keep warehouse inventory current by issuing weekly & monthly stock reports and ?conducting annual inventory physical counts / reports. ?
  • Report product expiry status on timely basis.?
  • Receive market-returned materials and prepare the required documentation to be? submitted to QA??
  • Follow up vehicle?s delivery and ensure that deliveries are made within the? timeframe.?
  • Inspect physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment for ?cleanliness and compliance with GMP. ?
  • Undertake physical inventories if required. ?
  • Ensure that all activities are done as per Good Storage & Distribution Practice ?guidelines (GSP & GDP).??
