Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our Consumer Goods company. The Storekeeper will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, maintaining the organization of our warehouse, and ensuring proper storage of products. The ideal candidate is someone who is proficient in record-keeping and has experience in managing an inventory control system. Communication skills are necessary as the Storekeeper plays a vital role in liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory by maintaining accurate records, ensuring inventory levels are met, and stock is adequate for demand.
  • Inspect items and conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address discrepancies and ensure that products are in good condition.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations and address any inventory discrepancies or issues.
  • Oversee the receiving and proper storage of products and maintain the organization of the warehouse.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Record and maintain the receipt, movement, and issuance of products.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and clients on inventory-related matters.
