JOB PURPOSEMaintaining security spare parts store activities and reporting all transactionsPrincipal Accountabilities Implementing all processes and procedures related to the store management as per site requirementsDaily posting of all stores transactions in SAP and/or other systems.Identify spare parts & maintenance consumables to be ordered/purchased based on the pre-determined re-order levels (KPI threshold)Receive ordered materials receiving physically against the Purchase order & confirm, organize and label parts and other stored items, and issue them upon request (as per the procedure).Preparing P.R /P.O and Goods receipt and any other required transactions and documents.Monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory process execution.Communication and follow up with purchasing department for delivery of materialsTracking of all stored operating supplies/ materials, and submit reports to concerned department heads.Tracking of all stored operating supplies/ materials, and prepare regular reports.To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the store management system (SAP)Maintaining/printing equipment tags through SAP under approval of end user
