Our client: A renowned conglomerate with diversified business units is looking to hire a Sr. Talent Management Specialist to join in their Jeddah head office.Your role: You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs that align with the organization?s objectives. You will identify talent within the organization both local and international. You will also develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the organization has a talent pipeline ready to step into key roles. Practice the common principles of talent management including employment/onboarding, classification and compensation, recruitment, labor relations, learning & development and employee benefits. Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and job postings. Ensure the new joiners receive proper onboarding. Establish a relationship with all the business units and hold regular meetings to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs and discuss all related issues.
