Job Description

The Senior Sales Engineer manages sales of the Kanoo Energy?s CHEMICALS business for selected principals products & services within the geographic area of Western province (Jeddah, Rabigh, Yanbu, Jizan, Tabouk) of KSA.Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, value addition, and action plan to improve short term and mid-term income generation for the product group.
  • Identifies new products and generates new enquiries, plans to improve short-term and long-term Sales and Income earnings.
  • Collaborates with management & respective Principals to establish and work to achieve the most realistic sales goals for the year.
  • Manage customers visits, sales & product mix to maximize revenues.
  • Participates in effective Training programs to upgrade and learn product / applications.
  • Performs sales activities, negotiates sales price, discounts. Liaises internally with management, support teams, for business execution.
  • Holds regular meetings with customers and Manages relationship with customers and principals
  • Reviews Sales achievement vs Budgets on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly, basis on revenue, gross profits and maintain active sales pipeline.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure achievement, growth in respective principals? products.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Ensures all sales policies, code of conduct, ISO practices and procedures are followed.
  • Collaborates with management and principals to develop sales strategies to improve market share in respective product lines and customer segments.
  • Establish and maintain expense budgets for sales conferences, exhibitions, seminar, and trade shows
