Job Description

Role Purpose: To order, receive stock and distribute parts in support of customer equipment installation/delivery and repair activities, while maintaining proper inventory levels and controlling parts expenditures.Accountabilities:

  1. Verify Spare Part request and issue as per request in a timely manner
  2. Following up with the supplier to receive the spare parts on time
  3. Verify Spare Part?s availability and create PR in time and accurately to replenish the stock
  4. Adjust inventory minimums and reorder point to maximize inventory turn
  5. Responsible for compliance to ERP-LN processes. Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity.
  6. Ensure spare parts issued from the system are as per the service order to maintain system accuracy
  7. Conduct monthly physical cycle count to minimize stock variance
  8. Responsible for housekeeping and stocking of parts (i.e. bags & bins, tagging, electronic parts secured from moisture and dust) practices complies with PI-AIBI standards.
  9. Implement continuous improvement systems ( OPL, CBA and CIP )
  10. Implement and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in his areas at all time.
  11. Provides training to the new technician or those who needs more technical development.
  12. Assist in the reports generation on Equipment-Spare Parts & Equipment-Maintenance thus helping managing related costs/expenses.
  13. Adhere to HSE, QEA, AIBI and food safety regulations in work to fulfill regulatory and system compliance (mention standards as applicable).
