The Social Media Producer is an experienced content creator whose responsibilities include development, distribution, and community engagement across all major social media platforms. The Social Media Producer will be responsible for reporting on performance and assisting in the development of the social strategy to achieve department brand engagement and conversion goals. The Social Media Producer will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, creative interest in taking the written word and translating it into compelling social media-friendly content ? in English and Arabic - and expert attention to detail. Scope of WorkCreate, schedule, and distribute content, including copywriting, graphics, and short-form video, for social platforms in English and Arabic.Assist in the development and implementation of a social media strategy to drive followers, engagement, and conversation across all social channels, including Twitter, , Instagram, and Youtube.Lead KAUST?s Innovation strategy and approach to Arabic language content across social channels.Find opportunities and emerging Innovation and technology trends to participate in and bring a creative mind to brainstorming sessions to pitch new content ideas.Curate relevant press, trends, and user-generated content for repurposing and distribution on owned social channels.Help identify relevant influencers or stand-out personalities to partner with.Leverage brand partnerships to create influential co-branded content.Analyzing social media performance using data and analytics. Creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the growth and success of all social platforms and campaigns.Brief and manage relationships for delivery of social media assets including creative and advertising agencies, graphic designers, and copywriters.Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee?s knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of his/her position.
