Job Description

  • Achieve the maximum quality of service and exceed Customer expectations.
  • Greet customers and respond to all their inquiries and requests.
  • Create Customer records in system and assure the accuracy of data entered according to the company standards and regulations.
  • Prepare Customer quotations after checking availability date of items, and communicate any changes and/or alternatives to the customer.
  • Contact customers to confirm quotations; if quotation date is reaching expiry, and ensure that the system is regularly updated.?
  • Calculate monthly & Quarterly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends.
  • Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
  • Liaising with warehouse to check on the progress of existing orders;?
  • Provide advice on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
