Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician BMS to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Technician BMS, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building management systems (BMS). You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the efficient operation of the BMS and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and program building management systems (BMS) according to specifications and requirements.
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections of the BMS to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with the BMS, including identifying and repairing faulty components or systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for the BMS.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians and engineering staff.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including documenting any changes or modifications made to the BMS.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building management systems to ensure the highest level of expertise.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on the BMS.
  • Assist in training junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices for BMS installation and maintenance.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining building management systems.
  • Degree or diploma in electrical or electronic engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building management systems and their components.
  • Proficient in programming and configuring BMS using industry-standard software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid drivers license.
