  • prepare project?s time schedule after handing over from sales.
  • review projects cost and contracts scope before transfer job from sales to operation.
  • attend kick off meetings with clients and set responsibilities matrix.
  • Cost and time control of the project
  • Follow up material ordering/ delivery /invoicing.
  • Follow up Testing & commissioning activities.
  • Collection and payment follow up.
  • Commercial closures after handing over.
