Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Formulate and devise HSEQS systems, framework considering ISO requirements for all the systems (e.g., ISO 45001, 14001, 5001, 9001, 27001).
  • To devise and implement numerous assurance tools to examine the system integrity and conformance at the BU.
  • To develop processes to ensure the quality of the system is maintained at all levels.
  • Identifying HSEQS system workflows and issues relating to the system to maintain the conformance to the standards.
  • Ensuring HSEQS system standards are observed by all the departments to meet the obligations.
  • Undertaking quality assurance of HSEQS system and preparing reports for management with remedial actions.
  • Maintain quality of system documentation and assuring it meets the standard requirement of ISO.
  • Creating HSEQS system-related training material, manuals and delivering them at different levels in line with ISO requirements.
  • Attend review meetings with AM HSE / HSE Manager and represent HSE department.
  • Report HSEQS system activities and Key Performance Indicators to the AM HSE / HSE Manager/ COO
  • Preparing HSEQS system audit plans, schedules and undertake them as per ISO requirements.
  • Undertake regular sampling to verify the assurance of systems maintained by the departments.
  • Motivate and encourage staff to achieve superior performance on the HSEQS system and reorganize achievements.
  • Coordinate HSE teammates, departmental system coordinators, and HOD?s relating to the system.
  • Ensure follow up on all the NCR (non-conformance report) to close them and maintain the records?
