Job Description

  1. Review and validate exploration data and previous studies
  2. Undertake field activities including, site visits and examination, geologic mapping, surface, trench and drill hole sampling,
  3. Collect and prepare field samples for lab analyses.
  4. Recommend and monitor trenching, drilling operations, and perform drill hole logging.
  5. Prepare geologic reports as required.
  6. Document and retrieve technical data utilizing computer software programs (Excel, MapInfo, ArcGIS).
  7. Perform all geologic work according to appropriate quality management standards and field procedures.
  8. Coordinate geologic work with the field team including other discipline engineers.
