Scope of WorkEngagement?Contribute to the development of creative and effective engagement strategies.?Design scalable, adaptable, and impactful engagement programs and activities in line with the overall strategy.?Evaluate existing initiatives and identify areas for updates, review, expansion, phasing, and other possible actions.?Identify and evaluate opportunities for engagement and provide recommendations on when and how to engage.?Help build relationships with key stakeholders across the university and improve program managers ability to foster Faculty and Research Staff engagement.?Benchmark with appropriate external reference organizations with the view to achieving best practices and optimizing the quality of the departments engagement and training activities.?Work with relevant departments to secure agreement for research training, ensuring compliance and alignment with KAUST policies.?Liaise with Faculty and Program Managers to identify and define project requirements.?Help assess and address any issues or concerns that may impact the success of engagement programs.Outreach?Draft and provide strategic input on targeted engagement and outreach materials?Develop a narrative and identify opportunities to promote stories of impact further.? Assist in the design of strategic outreach plans, working withProgram Managers and Senior Management.? Build, develop, and foster relationships with other universities and academic institutions.? Design and organize events to amplify the impact of KAUST and SNA programs and activities.? Oversee the Departments procedures for content production andediting, and ensure content is aligned with KAUST guidelines and quality standards,? Advice on the Departments publications as necessary to ensure they are relevant and compelling.? Ensure sound recordkeeping and filling practices per University policies.? Perform other duties as may be assigned.
