Job Description

Job Purpose:To execute and build the demand planning aspects with internal and external stakeholders to setup efficient forecast model.?Responsibilities:

  • Manage the catalogue and contribute to its rationalization
  • Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecast projected by sales and marketing team.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to effectively estimate the demand.
  • Develop effective forecast models based on market trends and clients demand patterns along with? Proposing and implementing solution to improve demand forecast accuracy and deploy various models to fit the business requirement.
  • Optimize inventory through ensuring adequate supply maximizing service level as well as identify risk from excess inventory.
  • Monitor and implement proper Phase in phase out (PIPO) plan to avoid any remnant stocks.
  • Monitor the stock in trade and sellout of Key accounts and maintain SISO (sell in sellout) and highlight the risk on forecast.
