Installing, upgrade and maintaining of Oracle Database in a development, test, stage and production environments.
Monitoring and maintaining customer productions databases and perform regular administrative maintenance tasks on it.
Incident Management, troubleshooting and resolving customer requests and problems.
Available to provide 24X7 system support.
Database Backup & Recovery using hot backup (table spaces) and logical backup (export).
Review and maintain OASIS database scripts.
Tuning Production databases for better performance. Tuning SGA, Altering the database parameters.
