Senior Account Manager should act as a link between the clients and the agency. He is responsible for liaising between the client and the agency staff to coordinate the marketing campaigns.He liaise closely with his clients throughout campaigns, often on an every-day basis. He manages administrative and campaign work, ensuring that this is all completed on time and on budget.

Developing and training Account Executives to become a high standard future Account Managers
Work activities:
Account Manager contributes to and develop activation campaigns. Tasks involve:
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their campaign requirements
Developing contact reports after ever clients meetings
Working with agency colleagues to develop a campaign that meets the client?s brief and budget
Presenting, alongside agency colleagues the campaign ideas and budget to the client
Working with the operations colleagues to brief suppliers, promoters
Ensuring that communication between client and agency flows effectively
Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of the campaign
Presenting samples of materials to clients for approval or modification
Handling budgets, maintaining agreed profitability (with MD), managing campaign costs and invoicing the client
