Scope of WorkFM Business Systems Function:úÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for compliance with applicable FM policies and procedures.úÿÿÿÿÿÿSupports the digitalization of FM Project Management operations as well as the enhancement of the availability, visibility, and interpretation of PMO data.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyzes and prioritizes departmental processes and needs; creates and implements innovative, digital solutions to simplify and improve procedures.úÿÿÿÿÿÿApplies analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on systems.úÿÿÿÿÿÿIncorporates knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTranslates data gathered from user discussions into business requirements.úÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentifies business/system needs and recommends solutions. Prepares written reports of work.úÿÿÿÿÿÿApplies and executes standard information systems theories, concepts, and techniques.úÿÿÿÿÿÿDetermines approach and solution to the problem when the issue is within the scope of own ability.úÿÿÿÿÿÿConducts training where needed.ÿFM Specialized Business Systems:úÿÿÿÿÿÿManage & administrate the FM project request systemúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and control the ProCore systemúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage & administrate different SharePoint sitesúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and support various .Net applicationúÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and support Power BIúÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with KAUST IT support team where needed & ensure all the all the changes/ enhancements are moving as per the planÿEnd Users Support:úÿÿÿÿÿÿGuide the FM users on how to access/use KAUST systems such as SAP Portal/ SAP PM/ SAP FI/ SharePoint/ ProCore etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿConduct a periodic review of all assigned FM systems and recommend areas for improvementsúÿÿÿÿÿÿWork as the focal point of contact between FM stakeholders and the IT departmentsúÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide training as needed for FM users/ FM service provider users in different systems such as SharePoint/ FM website/ ProCore systemúÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop different business reports utilizing Power BI technologyúÿÿÿÿÿÿMake recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTo maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.úÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee?s knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field of his/her position
