Job Description

  • Responsible for issuing tickets and collecting payments from walk-in passengers
  • Handle numerous types of ticket transactions such as reissues and exchanges of tickets, preparation of tour and group tickets etc.
  • Responsible for daily cash sales and accountable documents during the course of the day.
  • Answer questions courteously regarding ticketing and other related queries.
  • Effectively handles incoming calls and inquiries regarding ticket availability and provides accurate and thorough information
  • Deal with customer complaints in a calm and professional manner always geared toward resolution.
  • Follows all internal control procedures for cash handling, credit card purchases etc.
  • Performs associated administrative or clerical tasks, which may include special projects, correspondence etc.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
