Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  3. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  5. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
  6. Train and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team goals
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
  9. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role
  3. Strong leadership and management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  8. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic
