Reports to: GM -Sales & MarketingTHE MAIN JOB FUNCTION:

Assist in the preparation and implementation of the annual sales budget and plan.
Setting sales targets for the regional manager and branches across the kingdom
Allocating Key Accounts to Sales Team and assigning territories for Sales Staff?
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Managing inventory on daily basis and verifying chassis allocated.
Providing periodical sales and stock reports to management and principals.
Managing all documentation of LC and coordinating with Finance Department
Assuring that all reports are delivered to principal on time.
Prepare the monthly order rollout.
Managing monthly reports of Stock Demand from Regional Sales Managers & Branch Manager
Assist in preparing the monthly production orders.
Following up with principals the orders, backorders and updating?Kerridge actively
Following up with logistics department all production orders and assuring orders are cleared from customs on time.
Following up with logistics department & service department that vehicles are inspected, serviced and delivered to customer on time.
Coordinate with RSMs the distribution, reservation of vehicles stock.
Participating in staff hiring process and ensure they are within the approved budget and timeframe.
Coordinate with marketing department that all ATL and BTL activities are planned and delivered on time as agreed with principals.?
