? New Tie Ups with consultants and government and semi government business centers.? New MOU and agreements with the issuing government authorities and free zones.? Deliver the annual financial budget in line with the approved business plan and responsible for Growth and retention of assets & liabilities books.? Responsible for achieving liabilities & BUB new to bank customer's targets for the bank.? Creating and implement sales plan over medium term time frame with a view to develop sales strategies and achieving budgeted numbers.? The business team sales and Financial target.? To manage effective relationships with other parts of retail bank in order to ensure superior quality.? The position has overall responsibility for growth of new to bank liability business comprising new to bank fixed deposits, Non-Salaried CASA accounts & Business banking accounts.? Achieve all the KPI allocated for the BUB segments on new to bank customers and products through the dedicated Relationship acquisition team.? The sales Manager will develop sales and service strategies, in line with the overall Retail bank strategy to enable achievements of customer acquisition, market share, revenue and net profit targets.? Contribute actively to the business process at a senior level, whenever required and maintain healthy relationships with key customers, championing and driving the implementation of sales and customer care initiatives to ensure a consistent positive customer experience.? Creation of integrated sales models for Personal Banking, Priority Banking and Business banking and build strong collaborations between various segments and teams.? This role is responsible for providing strategic direction to the team.? Ensure that FACTA, CRS, OECD, AML regulations are met without any gaps.? Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure budgeted financial targets are met.
