Job Description

We are the national distributor for some of the leading heavy equipment brands and a provider of bespoke power solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of our growing need to support customers in findign the right products from our stable for their needs, we have a need for a Sales Coordinator. This requirement is for our branch in Jeddah. Only Saudi Nationals are eligible for this job.Main Responsibilities:

  • Duties include order processing/entry, record keeping, responding to customer inquiries and RFP
  • Generating reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics
  • Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events
  • Prepares presentation materials and exhibits
  • Supports the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures
  • To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, through online and offline modes, preparing brochures as required
  • Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the companys sales targets
  • Ensure dynamic communication with existing and prospective clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services
  • Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.
