JOB OBJECTIVEResponsible for maintaining the luxury environment and brand?s highest standards, and build a long-term relationship with the customers for better brand representationKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Dealing with all customer questions about the products and services the company offers
  • Conducting product demonstration to customers and answering all product inquiries
  • Attending to customer queries, concerns, or complaints
  • Assisting in the opening and closing of the shop
  • Ensuring stocks are replenished
  • Providing solution and recommendation, if applicable
