?Work proactively with importers and sales based in Saudi Arabia to provide support for Saber/SASO registration?Serve as a subject matter expert for importing products into Saudi Arabia?Maintain a database of Product Certifications of Conformity (PCOCs) per importer to actively track which products have PCOCs in place. Retain any PCOCs documents shared with Diversey Solutions?Gather and provide technical reports and product information as required by the Saber authorities?Ensure technical reports and product information is up to date and not expired?Gather product pictures as needed for Saber/SASO?Provide ISO certificates from manufacturers as needed for Saber/SASO?Keep up to date and communicate the latest regulatory compliance requirements for Saudi Arabia?Provide documentation such as Risk Assessment reports, CB Test Reports, Supplier Declaration of Conformity and other Diversey compliance documents as needed?Create new documentation or edit documents for Saudi authorities as new requirements become known?Communicate with cross-functional teams based in different time zones globally?Set up accounts and NDAs with new certification agencies when required?Advocate on behalf of Diversey Solutions with the Saber authorities and notified bodies?Support improvement activities related to Saber/SASO registration?Obtain a copy of the MOI and work with the Logistics department prior to movement of shipment?Support pre-registration process for other countries based in the Middle East and Africa that have similar regulations to Saudi Arabia
