Duties & Responsibilities:-Actively support the delivery of the Development Strategy for the Group to facilitate identification of org/ job redesign and/or business process re-engineering opportunities to support the Group strategic direction.-Engage and update RPA Solution Architect to translate BP Automation and simplifying strategy into operational frameworks and provide advice on end-to-end process improvement.-Facilitate major business process re-engineering or job redesign to influence aspects of the business that relate to operational efficiency and effectiveness.-Inculcate continuous improvement (CI) mindsets and distinctive customer experience through deploying Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking practices throughout the process owner supported.-Facilitate the activities of assigned projects, focusing on identifying opportunities to improve productivity, decrease costs, increase available capacity, improve accuracy and timeliness, redesign roles and functions.-Facilitate proper documentations of policies & procedures (including process flow charts) for processes in review, in accordance with best practices, and ensure proper governance framework-Inculcate an open mindset and change behavior through deploying Business Process Management/ Re-engineering, Change Management and Design Thinking practices throughout the process owner supported.-Implement, track and report process owner performance from a project management perspective.-Drive and lead/ facilitate cross-functional process owner to analyze business, processes, and systems performance, and identify improvement opportunitiesEducation:-BSc/BA or Master?s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant fieldExperience:-Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Engineering, Project Management, or relevant filed-Practical experience in process automation & simplifying with good proven examples-8 years of experience
