Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations
Review of market risk environment in the Saudi real estate market
Assessment of stakeholder risk and third-party credit risk in a project environment
Assist the business in managing its interface risks
Management of business continuity coordinators and maintain Business Continuity framework
Training and upskilling of risk champions in the business
Coordination with insurance department to identify optimal risk sharing strategies
Maintain lessons learned registry and coordinate workshops with the business
Review of third-party HSE policies and coordinate implementation and enforcement
Periodic review of business strategic risks
Review of KPIs and KRIs and assist the business in setting tolerances and thresholds
Coordination with the business to identify key uncertainties to projects and business objectives
Organization of periodic assurance meetings and discussions
Provide periodic reports to Group Assurance as required
