SummaryResponsible for the proper operation of RO Desalination plant equipment.Duties and responsibilities

Maintains normal operation of the plant equipment.
Keeps records of all operating parameters (Temp./Press./Flows/Levels/Product Quality).
Logs in the log book all observed abnormalities and informs the Shift Supervisor as necessary.
Checks regularly plant equipment for leaks / loose connection / overheating / vibration etc.
Prepares chemicals.
Takes regular samples for analysis and perform basic water analysis as per need.
Lubricates equipment as needed.
Assists and coordinates with maintenance staff to conduct maintenance activities.
Has knowledge about industrial and personnel safety.
Housekeeping.
