DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking for a passionate and dynamic professional Restaurant Manager who pride himself on his ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide genuine creative solutions to our guests.As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for running the entire restaurant smooth operations with emphasis on maintaining quality, presentation within the guidelines of the internal standardized procedures and employee training, whereby your role will include key responsibilities.SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Plan and coordinate annual branch activities to support the restaurant?s objectives.? Be aware of departmental targets objectives and strive to achieve maximum turnover andcustomer satisfaction.? Lead all staff to achieve and exceed stated sales objectives.? Ensure that restaurant?s policies, procedures and standards are followed all the time.? Ensure that the branch?s appearance, sanitation and cleanliness are maintained up torestaurant?s standards and statutory regulations affecting health and safety conditions are met.? Control cash handling and reconciliation procedure in according to restaurant?s policies andprocedures.? Prepare all required paperwork including forms, reports and schedules in an organized andtimely manner.? Conduct performance appraisal for all Branch?s staff annually and as required.? Ensure guest service standards and efficient operation are above expectation.? Hold regular training sessions to ensure staff can perform their duties correctly andconsistently; including induction training for newly hired staff members.? Perform other related tasks as assigned Director of Operations.
