a.˙˙Deep technical knowledge and experience in executing landscape projects, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation works and maintenance, according to the best practices, codes and standards.b.˙˙Accountable for the ownership of the technical submittals and proposals matching with the clients or consultants requirements, starting from bidding stage, commencement of the project till closing documents.c.˙˙Ability to support the PM in the engineering review of the projects scopes, value engineering, and the successful samples & materials submittal, in coordination with the Engineering team and all relevant project management requirements and approvals.d.˙˙Accountable for drafting, reviewing and updating the technical policies, procedures, processes and local work instructions with a look ahead toward sustainability and innovation within the landscape services.e.˙˙Prepares the weekly, monthly and yearly reports & presentation for management review and updates.f.˙˙˙˙Allocates efficiently the resources with the strategic goals, presentations, problem resolutions and action planning in coordination with different project managers, clients and consultants.g.˙˙Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards besides local regulations.h.˙˙Has a major role in doing researches toward the development of the landscape service and its advancement in the world including the advanced tools, equipment, systems, products and the alike.i.˙˙˙˙Proposing alternatives and advanced technical methods aiming to reduce the costs with an efficient execution of the project, in coordination with the Head and different stakeholders.j.˙˙˙˙Proposing new business opportunities with the ability to provide business cases studies & ROI for management approval.
