Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
Categorizing the customers and classifying them based on their annual purchasing volumes, and sectors they are operating in.
Allocating areas to sales representatives.
Monitoring your team?s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Providing periodical sales reports (Forecasts, Lost Sale, Daily, and Monthly).
In some cases, and for key customers, to handle the complete sales transactions individually.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Liaising with Training Department the sales team requirements.
In depth communication with the major body builders in the Region, to enhance the relationship and keep updated with the latest updates.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
