Responsible for the safety of all guests and memory makers the Health Club & recreation facilities
Supervises all Personal Trainer and any memory maker member under his/her supervision.
Responsible in maintaining the highest possible hygiene in and around the Health Club especially in areas such as sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and the locker rooms.
Ensures that all activities and programs are executed according to rules and regulations.
Executes all administrative tasks at the Health Club & recreation
Takes inventory of the Health Club every 6 months.
Ensures maximum promotion of the Health Club, Programs and Services.
Supervises and checks the cleanliness of entire club area, ensuring adequate supplies of cleaning items, towels, etc.
Conducts routine inspection of the area of responsibility to ensure facilities and equipment is keep in good working order and takes corrective action when needed.
Controls and analyses on an ongoing basis, departmental costs to ensure performance against budget.
Organizes and selects teams with Coaches to participate in the respective city competitions when appropriate.
Monitors shops sales and acts accordingly when necessary.
Monitors and controls inventories for operating equipment, linen and other supplies to ensure par stocks are maintained and costs are controlled.
Maximize memory maker productivity and morale within the department and consistently maintain discipline within hotel guidelines and local regulations.
Schedule memory maker in line with varying business levels in order to maximize productivity and minimize payroll costs.
To select and recruit suitable memory maker for the department using prescribed set of policies and procedures.
Have a full working knowledge and ability to supervise, train, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks, in assigned place of work, accordingly to the standards as set.
Train memory maker ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.
Conduct annual performance evaluations.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in regards to the hotel policy on Fire, Hygiene, and Health & Safety.
To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
To have complete understanding of the Hotel?s Memory Maker Handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.
Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
