Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Portfolio management of Americana?s real estate portfolio in KSA.
  • Execution of restaurant portfolio rationalization.
  • Execution of restaurant portfolio space utilization.
  • Execution of Americana?s owned assets.
  • Execution of Americana?s accommodation, offices, and warehouses real estate (non-retail assets).
Education:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Real Estate or Land Economics.
Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years? experience in the field, preferably half of them in the same or like industry, i.e., retail or corporate accommodation.
  • Have experience in MENA regionspecially in the Western Region - KSA
  • Arabic strongly preferred.
Knowledge:
  • Thorough understanding of real estate and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of retail and corporate accommodation.
