- Site visits to Client?s various facilities and/or centers to establish Client?s requirements for renovations ,upgradation , space fit outs and external works including works- Actual quantity takeoff on sites ,ability to estimate quantities for unforeseen or hidden items , and capability to measure and/or calculate quantities from design drawing;- Preparing BOQ?s including detailing of items with reference to specifications and scope of work- Having sufficient knowledge of items and relevant BOQ?s- Familiar with Saudi Building Code- Preparing Request for Proposals(RFP?s ) for the appointment of design consultants- Preparing initial cost estimates for created BOQ?s in accordance to local market rates- Review, verification and assessment for variation orders- Value completed work ,oversee bills and payments- Willing to travel and visit Client?s facilities within various KSA regions
