Quality Support ManagerJob Location : JeddahWorking hours per day: 8 HoursWorking days per week: 5 DaysDuration: Two years with possibility to extend.Starting: ImmediatelyScope:To lead Quality improvement activities within a customer?s MRO facility, reporting to the programs senior MRO manager. The role offers the opportunity for personal development and will encompass sharing best practices, mentoring activities, consulting on internal and external quality activities, shop audits, regulatory and customer investigations, improving procedural compliance & site surveillance, and developing a quality culture throughout the MRO.Key Responsibilities:?To provide support for the customer quality team mentoring them in the preparation and maintenance of quality audits and improvement activities?To measure, analyse and provide recommendations to improve quality & procedural awareness throughout the business?Drive a quality culture focused on simplification & accountability?To maintain currency with regulatory changes and advise on procedural modifications?Provide guidance on QMS structure, layout, and content?Advise on RCCA methodology, focused on developing effective corrective and preventive actions?Identify near miss opportunities and work with on-site team to embed corrective actions?Drive shop quality engagement through mentoring activities, conducting localised awareness sessions, and sharing quality best practices?Support the operational team in the identification and execution of improvement opportunities?Lead by example in the application of quality processes, coaching & mentoring others to ensure quality is maintained throughout the siteSkills & Requirements:?Significant experience in an aviation overhaul environment or a fast-paced industrial quality role?RCCA troubleshooting experience with ability to drive cultural changes using influencing skills, leadership, and engagement?Six Sigma Green Belt certified (desired)?Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences?Detail orientated, excellent analytical, problem solving and personal organization skills?Background: Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent.?Experience: +10 years? experience and knowledge in manufacturing & Quality operations and procedures?Languages: Proficiency with the English language speaking and writing, Arabic speaking is a plus
