Responsibilities:?Administers company policies with respect to the management of assigned personnel, facilities, equipment, and materials.?Prepare reports of experimental test results for use by management personnel.?Supervises the preparation of purchase requisitions for his section.?Ensures that strict control is exercised over expenditure and provides written justification in advance of any variance with approved budget?Ensures that activities are always carried out safely and with due regard to hazards, particularly in the plant.?Formulates the departmental, training program to maintain , personnel proficiency and adequate skill levels.
