Implemented the standard system of FSMS (Food Safety Management System) in all over the factory.
Updated All related documents of ISO (FSMS) and ISO (QMS).
Implemented and maintain product standards as per requirements.
Establish and monitor projects from incoming materials to finished products to dispatch.
Improve Quality checks and Establishment of different procedure formats etc.
Responsible & handling all types of issues, problems during the different stages of production.
Analysis and reporting of all process samples (Finished / semi-finished and packed product) as per required quality parameters.
Analysis of chemicals/chemical solutions used in the process.
Hygiene audit of production department (as and when instructed).
Monitor the implementation of personal and food hygiene.
Preparation and standardization and labeling of all the solutions used in the laboratory for analysis.
Maintaining the cleanness of all the equipment used in the processing laboratory and maintaining them in running condition.
Identify and report safety / environmental hazards to G.M.
